Phillip A.K., Hash, D.O., Ph.D.
Phillip A.K. Hash has a wealth of experience in academic, inpatient, outpatient community mental health and private practice. Dr. Hash is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) and Adult Psychiatry. He also holds his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering (Human Factors). Prior to starting his career as a physician, Dr. Hash served as an officer in the United States Air Force. In addition, he has worked diligently to identify new areas in which technology can be applied for the benefit of patients and their families in the community mental health settings. Besides providing psychiatric care to children, Dr. Hash has served as the Residential Medical Director since 2014.

Carly Sell, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Carly Sell, a Montana native, has worked as a psychiatric nurse for the past 14 years. She is currently employed as a part-time RN, serving the children and staff at Intermountain’s campus in Helena, MT. Carly graduated in 2007 from Carroll College with her degree in nursing. Since this time, Carly has been passionate about improving overall mental health and wellbeing throughout the state of Montana through areas such as suicide prevention, mental health awareness education, and trauma-informed care. Carly is also currently a full-time student at Montana State University (MSU), pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an emphasis in psychiatry. At home, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, three amazing children, and a multitude of furry, feathered, and scaled friends. In addition, she loves hiking, attempting to garden, and supporting her family in their many sporting events and activities. Intermountain Employee since 2021.

Amber Ewing
Amber began her work at Intermountain with the children and families as a Support Counselor. She moved into a Counselor role and was in direct care for 2 years. In 2019, she became the Health Service Assistant. Amber is a Montana native who enjoys spending time at her family cabin in Lincoln and soaking up the Montana summers.
